Not really. It is like most systems, the more you put into it the more you will get out of it. Stedfast is designed to save time and effort and we have designed it to be really simple to use.

The team at Capella Systems has extensive knowledge and experience in education and training curriculum planning, programme design and quality assurance. We are the developers of Stedfast, an online system designed to support education and training providers with their quality assurance and curriculum planning activities. We are based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

How can we get help using Stedfast?

We have a really comprehensive support site - you are on it right now. We also have a YouTube channel where you can see a wide range of videos we have created. The system administrator is also able to request support through the ticketing system which they can access after logging on.

What is the minimum number of users?

One. You can get started with Stedfast with just one user. You can add additional users at any time.

There is no long term commitment. You can cancel at any time.

We host Stedfast on an Amazon AWS virtual private cloud (VPC) in the London datacentre.

How much does it cost?

Stedfast subscriptions are only £5 per user per month. This includes VAT. If you are a large organisation of more than 20 users then we can offer a volume discount.
