The outcomes assessment module is the most important module in Stedfast. This allows organisations to create strategic, organisation and programme plans. Assessment plans are made up of planned objectives and outcomes. Each outcome can have 1 or more measures. A measure is what is used to determine the success of each outcome. When a review of the assessment plan is made measures can have findings/results added to them. If a measure has not been met, users are able to add actions so that improvements can be implemented.

Outcomes assessment plans are collaborative and staff members are added to plans where they can contribute findings and actions. However, it is only the plan owner that will actually see assessment plans in the assessment plans module.
